Delivery is by truck via common carrier. Allow four to six weeks for delivery. Once you 
have signed for delivery of the product and installed the unit (electrical, gas, water, etc.), it cannot be returned. Units requiring service after installation are repaired or replaced per warranty agreement. Refer to "Delivery of Merchandise" (within the buying service website) for more information.

Note: Due to the various electrical connections available (e.g., 110-volt, 220-volt, etc.) 
dryers and free standing ranges are not supplied with electrical cords.

Through the latest computer technology and our network of suppliers, we are able to keep abreast of this market and offer you a wide range of electronics. Because of the hundreds of thousands of items available in this industry, it is impossible to have all the electronic items in our database. This does not mean that these items are unavailable. Due to the complexity of furniture, all pricing is handled as an Offline Quote, which can 
be requested by visiting our website or calling the Service Center.

Make sure you have the following information available:

• Manufacturer
• Manufacturer’s Model Number
• Finish (if available)
• Style Number or Style Name (if applicable)
• Fabric Number (when applicable)
• Fabric Grade
• Description of Product

Most furniture companies special cut their furniture. They do not produce the product 
until there is an order for it. They operate on cutting schedules, and deliveries vary 
according to that schedule. The normal delivery time for furniture is 8 to 12 weeks; 
however, it is not uncommon for orders to take longer. This condition is normal in the
furniture industry no matter where you order it. As manufacturers advise us of their 
schedules, we will keep you informed of estimated delivery dates.

Price comparisons in furniture tend to be a little more difficult than other product 
categories; however, members agree that the savings make it a worthwhile exercise.

Things to keep in mind when pricing furniture:

• Manufacturers establish a fixed number of retail outlets in a given market area to limit competition and control pricing.
  
• Manufacturers may sell only some of their product lines to some retailers and 
  different lines to other retailers. 
  
• Manufacturers may sell the same product line but under different model numbers or names to various retailers.

These factors can make furniture price comparisons both confusing and difficult.

Methods to obtain Manufacturer and Model Number information.

Often the tags hanging on furniture reflect only the model number assigned to it by the 
retail store and not the manufacturer’s model number. Ask to see the manufacturer’s 
catalog. Near the picture or in the description is the authentic model number. If the store does not have catalogs, look for tags or markings between cushions, behind 
headboards, under dresser drawers, at the bottom of chairs, etc. Practically speaking, 
it is not a good idea to tell them you need the real model number because you are price shopping.

Do not depend on what the retailer says or what is on the furniture tag in the 
store. To avoid error, double check and verify the manufacturer’s information
for the same item of furniture at another store or on the manufacturer’s website. 
Even if you inadvertently give us the wrong information, there is nothing we can 
do to exchange it or get you a refund. 

Before you order your furniture, make sure that the furniture is deliverable 
(will fit through doorways, stairways, halls, etc.), and usable (will fit into the 
space designated for use).

Review your Order Acknowledgment thoroughly to avoid errors. Merchandise 
custom-made to your specifications and fulfilled as ordered (e.g., a sofa 
upholstered to your specifications) cannot be returned.

Under certain circumstances, furniture requiring attention after shipment is
customarily repaired versus replaced, e.g., scratches, door alignment, missing
screws, bolts, accessories, etc. Manufacturers reserve the right to replace or 
repair, under their warranty, defective or damaged products. Call the Service
